White Wave, Boulder, CO, has created another hurdle for Dallas, TX-based Suiza Foods and its planned purchase of Dean Foods, Franklin Park, IL with a recently filed lawsuit. White Wave contends that it has first rights to buy back Dean Foods’ 36% share of the company now that Dean Foods has agreed to be sold. White Wave is asking the court to en­force its right to buy back the stake and issue an injunction against Dean Foods and its subsidiary Dean Dip.
